This article will show you how to edit class data for the training officer.
You will first click on "Class Catalog" then click on the class you are looking to edit.
You can only edit these details for department-specific classes.
Main Class Page
- Class Availability allows you to make the class visible to your department users. A class that labeled as inactive can not be seen by general users.
- Approval Numbers lets you set state and CAPCE continuing education approval numbers
- Class Details are where all the text and images are managed for the class.
- Add New Material allows you to add supplemental material to the class.

Add New Session allows you to add a new live session.
Class Details
- Long & Short Name are the names that show in the catalog and emails.
- Short Description displays in the catalog.
- Description displays on the class details page.
You can load an image in for the class page and class catalog.
Use a 4x3 image for best results.
