How do I assign a class?

This article will describe the steps you would take to assign a class to users.

  • Click on your Training Officer (TO) account.
  • Select the Assignments tab.
  • Click on “Add Assignments in the top right.

The Add Assignments tool will open for you to enter your new certification.

  1. Select the class you would like to assign
  2. Choose the date your assignment is due
  3. You can either pick from a list of all users or from specific User Groups
  4. You can select from individual users or all users, if using group selection, this would select all users in that group. You can also search for users.
  5. This box allows you to remove users form the list who have already completed the class in the last year. 

If using the check box to exclude users who have completed in the last 12-months, it should be checked prior to selecting users.

After this information has been filled in, click "Assign Class".

Assignments can be edited after they are created.
