This guide will show you how to add a single user to your department. There are separate guides for adding users in bulk and using a code to have users add themselves.
You need to be on your TO (Training Officer) account in order to add users.
You select “My Users” and click the plus sign in the top right.
The model will pop up to add the users data.
First Name, Last Name, User Role, and Email are REQUIRED fields.
If the user already has an account, you will be notified that the user is already in the system. We use email address as a user name and it must be unique for each user. If a user is already in the system, please email support@prodigyems.com and we can add the user to your department.
