Adding Your EMS ID

The National EMS ID (NEMSID) is a unique 12 digit number issued by the NREMT for any provider who is Nationally Registered or is certified in a state that uses the NREMT to manage state license only (SLO) providers. 

  1. Go to your NREMT account and find your certification details in the top left.
  2. Copy the 12 digit number which follows this pattern 1234-5678-9123.

  3. Head to your Prodigy account and click on your name in the top right, choose manage account, and enter your EMS ID. Click Save Changes when complete.

If you are adding your EMS ID after you completed classes, we will need to manually have those classes updated for you. Fill out the form below to have those records updated.
