How do I get a training plan?
Training plans on Prodigy are based on your certification information.
Standard Recertification
- Enter your certification details under the certifications tab on Prodigy. Add a Certification
- Training plans will only load for select certifications - State EMS Certification, NREMT, FP-C, CCP-C
Expired certification

If your current certification is expired, you will need to add a future date in order to load the plan. We recommend adding 1 year to the current date and use that as your expiration. Some states may give you a specific deadline, you can use that as your new expiration.
Remediation

Please follow these instructions to complete your remediation and retest your NREMT.
Training Plan showing old classes? Make sure you update your initial date to reflect the date your received your most current card.
