Why aren't my classes importing to the NREMT?
Let's take a look at common reasons why your classes may not be importing to the NREMT.
First make sure that you are following the procedure to import from the NREMT. You can find those instructions here: How to Import Classes.
- Confirm that you have the correct certification information in Prodigy. If your certification information isn't correct the records won't link up. It's important that your expiration date, initial date, and certification number match exactly what is on your NREMT account. If you are State Licensed Only, you should add a "State EMS Certification" with the correct details. How to Add a Certification
- If you are State Licensed Only (SLO), you will need to add your EMS ID to your Prodigy account. How to Add Your EMS ID
- If your certification is expired you will not be able to import classes. These classes will need to be entered manually.
- Confirm that the classes are credit class and were completed on Prodigy. We can only submit classes that were completed through Prodigy EMS. You can also look at your transcript to ensure that the class isn't listed as "non-credit".
